Privacy
The short version: you give us details so we can quote a move. That's the only thing we use them for.
What we collect
When you send the enquiry form we receive what you typed: your name, phone number, email if you gave one, the suburbs and date of your move, and anything you wrote in the message. If you arrived from the Move Planner, the plan summary you chose to send comes with it. The site also records ordinary, non-identifying traffic information (pages viewed and the country a visit came from), with no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels.
What it's used for
Quoting and doing your move: calling you back, preparing the written quote, and running the job if you book. We may share your enquiry with a suitable local provider so your request can be serviced. We don't sell your details, we don't add you to marketing lists, and you won't hear from us about anything other than the move you asked about.
Keeping and removing your details
Enquiry details are kept only as long as they're useful for the enquiry and any booking that follows. If you'd like what you sent deleted, reply to any contact from us, or send a note through the enquiry form and we'll remove it.
Forms and spam protection
The form's whole spam defence is one hidden field that people never see and bots can't resist filling in. Anything that fills it gets discarded, not stored. No CAPTCHA, no puzzles, no picking out traffic lights while your kettle sits packed in a box.
