Booking for a settlement date? Say so in the message. Those bookings get the staging plan by default: loaded early, parked close, rolling the moment the keys release.

Weekends? We move on them, and they book out first, especially end-of-month Fridays and Saturdays. If your date's one of those, the earlier the better.
